Ingredients

1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
lemon pepper
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Combine mustard, salt, pepper and water.
In another bowl, combine crumbs, flour and paprika.
Line shallow pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Dip chicken in mustard, then in bread crumbs.
Pour butter on top and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
