Cheesy Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cooked onion
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skin, then peel.
    Melt margarine and cheese.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
