Baked Pineapple And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    2 c. sharp cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 cube Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Partially drain pineapple and mix with grated cheese.
    Mix sugar and flour and add all together. Butter lightly a 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
    Pour mixture in dish and top with cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Reduce sugar if pineapple is sweetened.
