Biscuit Pudding(With Caramel Apple Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 c. coarsely crumbled biscuits, packed
1 quart milk
1 c. raisins
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. In large bowl, combine biscuits, milk, and raisins. Stir to mix. In medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Beat well. Add to biscuit mixture and mix well. Pour into baking pan. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with Caramel Apple Sauce.
