Avocado Salsa(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. tomatillos, roasted and peeled
    2 garlic cloves, minced or 2 tsp. grated
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    2 avocados, peeled
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Cut tomatillos in half and add to onion, lime juice and seasonings.
    Cook 2 minutes, then set aside to cool.
    Peel and put avocados in.
    Add tomatillos with onion mixture to food processor.
    Puree until smooth.
    Allow sauce to stand 1 hour before serving.
