Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small egg
    1/2 c. milk
    cooked meat of your choice *
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    *We like chicken and beef, also good with that leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
