Asian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    8 cloves garlic (yes 8)
    1 to 2 dried hot peppers (optional)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. honey and chopped green onions
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken on all sides, adding garlic and peppers toward the end. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is done and sauce has reduced, about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles. Garnish with green onions.
