Cream Of Potato-Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced potato
    1 c. cut broccoli
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, onion, potatoes and broccoli.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cover pan.
    Simmer until all vegetables are tender.
    Place half of vegetable mix in blender until smooth.
    Pour blended vegetables back into the other vegetables.
    In another pan, melt the butter, blend in flour and salt.
    Add milk, cook stirring until mixture is thickened.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour all into vegetable mixture.
    Add pepper and heat thoroughly.
    Serve hot!
