Thin Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. lean hamburger
1 c. carrots, finely chopped
2 c. cabbage, shredded
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 c. tomatoes, stewed
3 c. beef stock
3 c. water
3 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 c. peas
1 c. green beans, cut
1/2 c. corn
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. barley (raw)
Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain.
Combine all ingredients together in soup pot.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
Serves 10.
