Cheese Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, room temperature
    4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
    garlic salt
    onion
    jalapeno peppers
    paprika
Preparation
    Roll out Velveeta cheese between 2 sheets of wax paper. Spread 4 ounces of cream cheese thinly over the Velveeta (8 ounces of cream cheese can be used if desired).
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Cover with diced onion and chopped jalapeno peppers.
    Roll all this up like a log.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Sprinkle the outside with paprika before serving.
