Blueberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C. whole wheat bread, cubed (Hawaiian bread is good too)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried fruit (raisins, blueberries, or cranberries)
    2 1/2 C. low fat milk
    4 eggs
    1/4 C. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Lightly spray with Pam an 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then pour over bread allowing the bread to absorb the liquids.
    Mix lightly and smooth.
