Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Arrange 1/2 of potatoes in bottom of greased 8-inch casserole dish.
    Combine flour and salt; sprinkle 1/2 of it over potatoes in dish.
    Spread 1/2 of cheese over flour and salt; repeat layers of potatoes, flour and salt and cheese.
    Pour hot milk over potatoes; dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cook, uncovered, in microwave for 12 to 14 minutes, turning several times.
    Makes 4 servings.
