Sticky Buns - cooking recipe

1 c. milk, scalded and cooked
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten well
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
raisins (optional)
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
pecans
Preparation

Combine yeast, milk, sugar, vinegar and 1 1/2 c. flour; allow to stand until bubbly.
