Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. melted butter
2 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add milk, butter and dry ingredients which have been sifted.
Bake on a greased hot griddle or skillet until pancakes have bubbles. Turn over and continue to cook until golden brown. Extra shortening may be added while cooking.
Serve with syrup, molasses or honey.
Serves 4 to 6.
