Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. green peppers
    1 (8 oz.) box flat noodles
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Brown crumbled beef in butter.\tRemove from heat;
    stir in tomato
    sauce.
    Salt
    and
    pepper to taste.
    Combine onions and peppers with
    cheeses
    and sour cream. Cook noodles 7 to 8 minutes in\tboiling, generously salted water.
    Drain and rinse quickly in cold water.
