Grape-Nut Pudding(Lo-Fat; No Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 carton Egg Beaters (1 carton = 4 eggs)
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Lightly spread a little margarine in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour in mixture.
    Place casserole dish in a pan of water (about 1 cup in 13 x 9-inch pan). Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
