Aunt Betty'S Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 to 1/2 c. crushed crackers
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sweet and sour sauce (see below)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. onions (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding 1/2 cup of sweet and sour sauce. Cover the meatloaf with remaining sauce.
    Bake at 300 to 375\u00b0 depending on whether you use loaf or flat pan.
    This is good sliced cold for sandwiches.
