Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

2 cans crescent rolls
1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned
8 oz. cream cheese

After cooking sausage, stir in the softened cream cheese. Flatten out one can of rolls. Pinch seams together and make into a rectangle. Put 1/2 of sausage cheese mixture on dough and roll up (like a cinnamon roll). Repeat with second can of rolls. Beat 1 egg white with fork; brush over top of the two rolls. Sprinkle poppy seed on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes. Cool before slicing. If I freeze it, I wrap the rolls and freeze before baking. Thaw and bake.
