Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 qt. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted oleo margarine
    1/4 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pop corn and place in a brown paper grocery sack, measuring 3 to 4 quarts popcorn. Mix the coating ingredients in microwave. Melt the oleo first, then stir in other ingredients, except soda. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High or until boiling. Add 1/2 teaspoon soda and stir. Pour the hot liquid over popcorn; close the bag and shake it to coat popcorn. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Shake it again. Turn the bag over to the other side and microwave again on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake occasionally as popcorn cools.
