Vegetable Munch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brunch broccoli, chopped
    1 head cauliflower, chopped
    6 carrots, sliced thin
    10 spring onions, diced
    2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. clear cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Place prepared vegetables in a large bowl.
    Combine seasonings, oil, vinegar and sugar and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator until cold.
