Overnight Egg Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter one side of bread slices and cut into 1 inch squares. Place in pan.
    Sprinkle bread with cheese.
    Beat remaining ingredients together.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    For variations:
    add diced ham, green pepper, onions, bacon. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
    Bake in 325 degree oven, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Uncover the last 5 - 10 minutes.
