Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ultra lean ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (may omit or decrease if desired)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into 2-inch sized balls.
    Place meat balls in a baking dish.
    Mix tomato soup and water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Season with pepper to taste.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add a little additional water if necessary during cooking process.
