Enchilada Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, diced
1 can green chilies, diced
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken chunks
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. cumin
6 corn tortillas
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic.
Add all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
Simmer one hour.
Add cheese and cut up tortillas. Simmer another 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
