Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. red beet juice with salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
Preparation

Mix juice, sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Remove and cool.
Soak eggs in juice 12 to 24 hours.
Remove from juice and serve.
Delicious anytime.
