Miniature Pecan Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, chopped
1 egg
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream Cheese Pastry Shells
Preparation

Mix pecans, egg, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla until smooth. Fill each pastry shell 3/4 full with mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove immediately and cool on rack.
Yield:
2 dozen.
