Sorrel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. sorrel
    1 large leek
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
    6 c. water or chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, sorrel and leek in water or broth.
    Place in blender when cool.
    Add cream and salt and pepper to taste.
