Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal cutlets (2 per person)
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    8 oz. mushrooms, diced or sliced
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
    Push to side of pan and brown veal cutlets on both sides.
    Add cream of mushroom soup. Cover cutlet with mixture and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice pilaf.
