Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato puree
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. brown sugar, packed down
    1 stick melted butter
    8 slices white bread, crusts removed and cut in 4 parts
Preparation
    Dip each piece of bread in melted butter and put in baking dish. Combine sugar, tomato puree and juice.
    Heat to boiling point.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
