Sylvia Glover'S Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams and juice (tuna fish size)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. oregano
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of cayenne
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    Italian breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Mince and simmer until soft onion, garlic, butter, parsley, oregano, Tabasco and pepper.
    Simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
    Mix two mixtures together and add 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Pour into baking dish (optional, top with Cheddar cheese).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 uncovered.
