Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (26 oz.) can kidney beans
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
    1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti noodles (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onions; drain.
    Add all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
