Creamed Beans And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Blue Lake cut green beans
1 (16 oz.) can whole new potatoes
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
dash of pepper
Preparation

Drain green beans, potatoes and mushrooms. Cut potatoes into chunks.
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour.
Beat in milk, basil, salt, rosemary and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add vegetables and heat through.
Yields 6 servings.
