Congealed Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can consomme
1 3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 hard-boiled eggs, grated
1 envelope, plus 1 tsp. gelatin
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup consomme.
Cook and drain broccoli, then chop fine.
Heat consomme; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Then add other ingredients.
Pour into loaf pan or a mold.
Place in refrigerator to congeal.
Serves 10.
