Straw And Hay Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. whipping cream
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. spinach fettuccine
1/2 lb. yellow egg fettuccine
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

In small saucepan, melt butter.
Add cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Just heat (do not allow mixture to come to boil).
Pour over hot drained pasta.
Season with fresh pepper. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
Serves 6.
