Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. leaf basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    4 oz. drained mushrooms
    1 (5/8 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Add oleo and mushrooms to pan.
    Saute.
    Put patties back in with mushrooms.
    Mix brown gravy mix with water and wine.
    Add to patties, cover and simmer.
    Stir gently occasionally.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
