Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat sugar, eggs and margarine.
    Add raisins, nuts and coconut, then add vinegar.
    Mix well; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold with fresh whipped cream.
