Cranberry Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
1 1/3 c. cranberries
7 tsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

In food processor, pulse berries, sugar and lemon rind.
Add cut up butter, a few pieces at a time.
Mold and refrigerate. Very tasty with poultry.
