Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large lime jello
2 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (regular or light)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped English walnuts
1 3/4 c. cold water (you can use pineapple juice)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Soften cream cheese in microwave and then add to hot jello mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Add cold water, drained pineapple and nuts.
Chill until set.
