Microwave Broccoli And Red Peppers(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head (about 1 1/4 lb.) broccoli
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. oleo
    1/3 c. minced sweet red peppers
    1/3 c. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. defatted chicken stock (fresh or canned)
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Chop the broccoli into 3/4-inch pieces. Arrange in a 9-inch glass pie plate, with florets in the center and stems around the edges. Sprinkle with water. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on High 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
