Mexican Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    12 oz. tortilla chips
    1 lb. chicken wings, disjointed and tips discarded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl whisk together the oil, chili powder, oregano and cumin.
    Crush tortilla chips to crumbs, pour in a shallow bowl.
    Dip chicken pieces in seasoned oil, then roll in the ground chips until coated.
    Set on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, until browned and crisp outside, tender inside.
    Serve hot.
