Barbecue Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. m.s.g.

Preparation

Mix all together.
Rub into 5 to 7 pound brisket.
Leave at room temperature 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
Cook on grill until done.
