Carrot Salad With Cumin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
