Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

grated rind and juice of one lemon
2 eggs, separated and yolks beaten
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients in order given while cold.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Place in baked pie shell and use the egg whites for meringue, with 8 tablespoons sugar.
