German Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Trim fat from pork chops and remove bones.
Mix egg with onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Dip chops in mixture, then in bread crumbs, coating them well.
Melt butter in skillet.
Saute chops over low heat.
Turn over until browned on both sides and cooked through.
