German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled, cut and cooked
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) size can green beans, drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped coarsely
    6 franks or smoked sausages, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and blend in mayonnaise.
    Reserve 1/4 cup sauce.
    Fold in beans, potatoes, franks and onions.
    Spoon into casserole dish and add the reserved sauce to the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
