Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes
    2 cans chili hot beans
    1 can Ro-Tel
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    chopped onion, salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Add other ingredients and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
