Cream Of Wheat Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. regular Cream of Wheat
    1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 level tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Mixture will be thin.
    Pour into hot skillet, greased with 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons bacon fat or shortening.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
