Delicious Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 to 6 lb.) beef roast
salt, pepper and garlic salt
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 can Coca-Cola
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup

Preparation

Score roast in several places; fill each score with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Sear roast well on all sides in oil. Remove from pan; drain excess fat from roast and return roast to pan.
Mix Coke and catsup together and pour over roast.
Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
