No Crust Pear Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples or pears, peeled, cored and cut in eighths
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation

Combine
first

ingredients
in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cover.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or
until fruit
is almost tender.
Spoon mixture into a deep dish 9-inch pie plate.
