Ingredients

1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 heaping Tbsp. garlic salt
3 to 4 lb. meat, cut into desired pieces
Preparation

Put meat and all ingredients together and boil for 20 to 25 minutes until meat is fully cooked.
Let soak for 1 to 2 hours (or even overnight).
Put on rack or cookie sheet (we put toothpicks through them and hang in oven on top rack with aluminum foil on bottom rack).
Bake at 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours until dry as desired.
