Rice Raisin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    non-calorie liquid sweetened equal to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light raisins
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Set a 1 1/2-quart baking dish in shallow pan on oven rack. Pour water 1 inch deep around dish.
    Pour pudding in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
